All Tickets are non-refundable.
All e-tickets must be turned in 5 minutes before show time or your seats may be re-sold if there is a waiting list.
Tickets can be purchased online up to two hours before curtain. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office starting an hour before the performance.
There ia a transaction fee per ticket when paying for tickets on line with a credit card.

The Cast of Much Ado About Nothing

   

 Logan Ball

(BORACHIO) Logan has been on stage from the time he was twelve, but at fourteen he began to help his father periodically backstage with special effects, such as pyrotechnics. He also became involved in property building and repair. In April 2004 his company, Promise Productions Inc, went to Seoul, South Korea, to perform a large musical production. This is Logan's sixth performance with the SSG having played Charles and William in As You Like It, Caliban in The Tempest, God in “From The Beginning To The Nativity”, Samson in Romeo and Juliet, and General Harrison Howell in Kiss Me Kate.

Timothy Betts

(FRANCIS SEACOLE) is excited to be in his third SSG production. His past credits include the title role in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown and Scott in Dear Edwina. He is a freshman at Nimitz High School in Irving. For the SSG he has appeared in Kiss Me Kate in the ensemble, and A Christmas Carol as Caroler/Turkey Boy

 

Samantha Chancellor

(HERO) This will be Samantha's first show with the SSG. Samantha has worked with Enter Stage Left Productions, Theatre Three, Frisco Community Theatre, Richardson Theatre Centre, and the Rotunda Theatre Series just to name a few. Past favorite roles include The Crucible (Mary Warren), Graceland (Rootie Mallert), Closer (Alice Ayres), Our Town (Emily Webb), Bus Stop (Elma Duckworth) and Steel Magnolias (Annelle Dupy-Desoto). Samantha is represented by the Core Talent agency. She would like to thank SSG for welcoming her into this production with open arms and of course many thanks go out to her husband who continues to support and share her love of theatre.

Kirk A.  Corley

(DON PEDRO) This is the first SSG show for Mr. Corley, but he is far from being a newcomer to the DFW theatrical community. Most recently he could be spotted in the Onstage Bedford production of Man of LaMache as well as the Repertory Theatre Company in Richardson and CATS in Arlington. “I can’t tell you how excited I am at being in one of the classic plays from the immortal Bard”, he says, “Don Pedro is such a great character.” Some of the past shows included in the Kirk A. Corley scrapbook are Archibald Craven in The Secret Garden, Adam/Noah in Steven Schwartz’s classic Children of Eden. For 18 seasons he could also be seen in the Promise in both Glen Rose, TX and Branson, MO.

Kierstin Elizabeth Curtis

(MARGRET) Kierstin is excited to be participating in her fifth production with the SSG having previously played Mary in “From The Beginning To The Nativity”, Prologue/ Apothecary in Romeo and Juliet,“CSF 2009” as Mirandolina (Mistress of the Inn) and 2nd Witch (Instant Macbeth), and ensemble singer in Kiss Me Kate. A graduate from Northwestern State University in Louisiana, where she majored in Theatre with a concentration in Musical Theatre Performance, her favorite roles include Author in the debut Ink, Duchess in Alice in Wonderland, and Madam Thenardier in Les Miserables.

 

Bryan S. Douglas

(ANTONIO) Bryan  S. Douglas has worked in theatre as an actor and technician for more than 15 years around his schedule as a United States Army Reservist.  Previous experience includes work with such companies as New Theatre Restaurant, Texas Radio Theater, Theatre Arlington, KD Studios, Vassar College and New York Stage & Film.  This is his second time to perform with the SSG having been seen as Friar Laurence in Romeo and Juliet. Bryan moved to Fort Worth from Kansas City, Missouri, and extends a special thanks to C Co, 321st MI BN.

Laura Jones

(URSULA) Laura is pleased to be involved in her fifth show with SSG, having previously performed in A Christmas Carol, this year’s “Condensed Festival,” Romeo and Juliet and Much Ado About Nothing. Laura returned to acting 5 years ago after an 18-year hiatus, during which time she pursued a career as an attorney and became the mother of two wonderful children. Her favorite recent roles include, among others, Ruth in Blithe Spirit, Jean in Funny Money, Agnes in The Shadowbox, and Miss Casewell in The Mousetrap.  

Christine Hand Jones

(BALTHASAR) Christine Jones is excited to be appearing in her first SSG production. Past roles include Maud Dunlop in The Music Man, Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Nora in A Doll's House, and Miranda in The Tempest. In addition to appearing on stage, Christine has directed music and composed lyrics and music for the original musical, Office Christmas Party, for Reece Prairie Baptist Church. Additionally, Christine can be seen performing her original music throughout the DFW metroplex at various coffeehouses and clubs; her two albums can be purchased at christinehand.com. Christine holds a BA in music business from Dallas Baptist University, a Master of Liberal Arts in English, also from DBU, and is currently working on a PhD in Literary  Studies from UT Dallas

Tarun Kapoor

(DON JOHN) Tarun is extremely ecstatic to enter back into theater. Tarun has done film work in Fifty First Dates in California, Three Seasons in Montreal, television roles in The Lifetime series of the Division and commercial work for Coca Cola. However theater remains to be Tarun’s true passion. An MBA graduate from Michigan, Tarun has performed lead roles in musicals such as My Fair Lady, Wizard of Oz, and Calamity Jane. Tarun has directed plays for the Dramatics Arts Society, Napa. He is very happy for the opportunity to act once again.

 

Robert Krecklow

(DOGBERRY) Robert W L Krecklow is a graduate of the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska--Lincoln. His stage credits include Lance (Two Gentlemen of Verona), Don John (Much Ado  About Nothing), Simon (Corpus Christi), and Jon (Tick, Tick...Boom!).  Rob is proud to be performing in this, his second, SSG production and wishes to thank his family for their unwavering  support. Previously seen in the 2009 Condensed Shakespeare Festival as Hortensio in Taming of the Shrew, and Prologue/Macduff in Instant Macbeth.

J King

(FRIAR FRANCIS) Oak Cliff native J King is a graduate of Dallas Baptist College with a BS in Education and Texas A&M University – Commerce with a MS in Counseling. He is currently a Counselor at Plano Senior High School. J’s theatre experience has been primarily with the Crosswise Players, a community theatre group based in Oak Cliff. This is J's third production with the SSG. He has appeared in the CSF 2008: (The Merry Wives) Master Page; (Volpone) Volture; (Short Attention Span Much Ado About Nothing) Don John and Adam in As You Like It.

 

Michael Kreitzinger

(CLAUDIO) Michael is a recent graduate of Texas Wesleyan University. This is Michael's first production with the SSG and is delighted to be apart of Much Ado.... Michael has performed at various theaters including Casa Manana, Water Tower Theatre, Fort Worth Theatre, Artisan Theatre Center, 37 ARTS NYC & Rattlestick Theatre NYC. Some of his favorite roles include El Gallo in The Fantasticks, Guido Contini in Nine and himself in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged).  

Arlette Morgan

(BEATRICE) Arlette has performed at Watertower Theatre, Frisco and Irving Community Theatres, and Blackbox Studio. Her favorite roles include Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, Laura in Laura, and Ellie in The Great White Hope. Training includes North Carolina School of Arts, St. John’s College, KD Studio Actor’s Conservatory, and Shakespeare and Company. This is her fourth production with the SSG previously playing Antonio in The Tempest, The Devil in “From Beginning to the Nativity”, and the CSF 2009 as Katherina (Taming of the Shrew) and 3rd Witch (Instant Macbeth).

 

Jason Morgan

(VERGES) A graduate of Texas Woman's University with a Master of Arts in theatre and Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre, Jason has appeared in over one hundred stage and independent film productions. For the SSG, he has played Touchstone, Adam, and Jaques in various productions of As You Like It; Shakespeare in Dark Lady Of The Sonnets; Claudio, Polonius, & Shakespeare in 15 Minute Hamlet; Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing; Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream; and Petruchio (Taming of the Shrew) and Duncan/Murderer 3 (Instant Macbeth) in “2009 CSF” In addition, he has directed over forty stage productions. His directing credits for SSG include CSF 04 & 07, Romeo and Juliet, As You Like It, and “From The Beginning to The Nativity”

Matt Nugent

(CONRADE) Previously for the SSG, Mstt was the Narrator and Fred in A Christmas Carol, gangster 1 in the musical Kiss me Kate, “From The Beginning To The Nativity” most noted as the characters Herod and Beelzebub, Romeo and Juliet as Benvolio, and in the “CSF 2009” as Air Commodore Alba (Mistress of the Inn), Arnold Banquo (IM) and Servant 3 (Taming of the Shrew). Also, he has appeared in the Music Man where he played "Charlie Cowell," at Plaza Theater. Outside of theater Matt enjoys the company of his friends and likes to write poetry, ideas for epic fantasy/sci-fi stories, and watch cartoons. He'd like to dedicate this performance to his beautiful mother, Kelly Nugent, and his late grandfather and hero, Bobby R. Nugent who both reside in the motherland of Louisiana.

Brad Stephens

(BENEDICK) Brad is delighted to make his debut with SSG.  Brad channeled the darker side of Paul McCartney in the film Reddy Teddy which made its world premier last month at the Trail Dance Film Festival.  He has also been featured in commercials for Pepsi, Southwest Airlines and Joe’s Crab Shack. Brad was last seen on the boards as Robert in Don't Dress for Dinner at ICT Mainstage.  Other local stage credits include Nanki-Poo in Gilbert & Sullivan's The Mikado at Artisan Center Theater; Juror #7 in 12 Angry Men for Poor Man Productions; Bob Cratchit in Ebenezer Scrooge at Pocket Sandwich Theatre; and Chris Keller in Arthur Miller's All My Sons at Mesquite Community Theatre, for which he was honored with the 2008 MCT People’s Choice Award for best actor.  His continual gratitude and devotion goes out to his beautiful, talented and patient wife.

 

Bob Swartz

(THE SEXTON) Bob is pleased to be acting in his second SSG production having been seen as Vincentio (Taming of the Shrew) and the Porter (Instant Macbeth) in “CSF 2009”. Bob resurrected his itch for acting at Coppell Community Theater as Mr. Gibbs in “Arsenic and Old Lace.”  He has appeared in rolls at Coppell Community Theater and Artisan Center Theater.

Sven Taylor

 (HUGH OATCAKE) Sven is thankful for the opportunity to work with SSG in his first theatrical production.  While new to the theater, Sven is an experienced public speaker and a former V.P. of Airport Toastmasters in Grapevine, TX.  Sven is a principal with the investment management firm, Ten Talents Capital Management, and a graduate of Dallas Baptist University.  He lives in Arlington, TX with his two beautiful daughters.

 Allen Walker

(LEONATO) Allen grew up in Fort Worth and he graduated from Western Hills High School, then Abilene Christian University with a B.A. degree in Mass Communication, then decided to head west.  In California, Allen has appeared as Tom in The Glass Menagerie, Weller in The Gin Game, David Bliss in Hay Fever, Dodge in Buried Child, the Padre in Man of La Mancha, Lucio in Measure for Measure, Pirelli in Sweeney Todd, Mr. Praed in Mrs. Warren's Profession, and Det. Sgt. Trotter in The Mousetrap, among many others.  He holds the Master of Fine Arts degree in Directing Theatre and Film from California State University. Previously for the SSG, he appeared as Marley and Old Joe in A Christmas Carol. Allen is represented by the Linicomn Agency in Dallas

Aaron Vaughan

(GEORGE SEACOLE), Aaron is very happy to get to work with SSG and would like to thank everyone on the cast and crew for their hard work. He would also like to thank his family and more importantly his wife for supporting this endeavor. He has appeared on stage at the Carillion Theatre in Fort Worth as Senex in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and as Buff in Suburbia. More recently he was the Stage Manager for Thunderbird Waltz and Welcome to Paradox Station at the Hub Theatre in Dallas and played Japheth, Daniel, and 1st Counselor in “From The Beginning To The Nativity” and Friar John  in Romeo and Juliet for the SSG.
